Prepare before you set out
Choose quiet, comfortable clothes in earthy or muted colours. Bring a warm layer for cool dawns, a hat and sunscreen for sunny drives, and a reusable water bottle. Binoculars can help you observe birds and distant movement without asking the driver to approach animals.
Keep expectations flexible
Keep cameras secure and avoid flash. Do not carry snacks to feed animals, plastic litter, loud speakers or anything that distracts from the guide. Follow the naturalist and forest staff instructions throughout the drive.
Stay close to Ramnagar
